because some selfish idiots who need to stop seriously lol j / k not only a means of motivation to win. Why have so many mirrors in gyms. Some people are also human beings can scale. Perhaps a step also gives you more comfort, I think. Try and experiment.
That gives me the motivation, so I look as good as they can.
